CeBIT Bilisim Eurasia 2008 Press Conference

CeBIT Bilisim Eurasia will take place between 7-12 October 2008 in Istanbul, Turkey.

From 21th of September 2008, the Turkish government is going to request data from state hospitals in a certain format to be centralized in a national eHealth system. Private hospitals will have to report in this format starting 1st of January 2009. Only in Istanbul there are 110 private hospitals now looking for new eHealth solutions.

In the Digital Life area of CeBIT Bilisim 2008, eHealth & Tele-Health is a new thematic areas.

In the Digital Life area there will also be a Job & Career thematic area.

Telecommunications area will gradually move into the Business section of the fair starting this year.

Consumer Electronics halls will also shrink and dissappear from the fair in the next years, since CeBIT Bilisim will focus primarily on business visitors.
